We disclose relevant data only to service providers needed to run the service, including:

  • Stripe for payment processing and payment confirmation.
  • Messaging and communications channels used for order/contact workflows (for example WhatsApp links).

Information is disclosed electronically through secure API requests and encrypted network connections between our systems and approved service providers. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security Practices

We use access controls, authenticated admin access, environment-based secret management, and transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; card details are not stored directly on Efendi servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain order and operational records for business, legal, fraud-prevention, and support needs, then delete or anonymize data when no longer required.
